HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON LUXURIOUS CRAVING?

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our terms and conditions. Once you register on Luxurious Craving you will be able to place an order. After you click \”add to cart\” for the item that you wanted to purchase, please proceed with the checkout button on the top right of the page to proceed with the payment. On the checkout page, you can review your order or update your order before finalizing the whole order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES LUXURIOUS CRAVING ACCEPT?

Luxurious Craving accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Discover, Paypal and also Internet Bank Transfer from major banks in Malaysia. For more info, please click HERE.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT LUXURIOUS CRAVING?

We take security very seriously and our payment process uses the most advanced coding methods. Luxurious Craving is using Paypal and Ipay88 payment gateway to process our payments.

HOW DO I KNOW MY NEW ITEM WILL FIT ME?

Every item on Luxurious Craving has a size guide. For a specific size or measurement query, please contact our Customer Service team. If the item doesn’t fit you, you can return it back to us. Please refer to our returns policy.

WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE KEPT PRIVATE?

We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your information without your authorisation. For further details, please see the Luxurious Craving privacy policy.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER STATUS?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified. You can check your order information and updates on your account’s page.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. All shipments are processed by PosLaju, EMS or Fedex carriers. For a shipping cost estimate, see our shipping information section. From time to time we offer promotional shipping rates that will not be reflected in this table. For details on these rates, please refer to the promotional banners and newsletters.

WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES PAYABLE ON MY PURCHASE?

For Malaysia’s customer, there is no GST Tax payment for the goods sold. For international customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. Click HERE for more details.

HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of Luxurious Craving or on PosLaju or Fedex by inserting the tracking number supplied.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, you may return your order within our 7 days return policy provided the returned item is conform to our return policy. Please click HERE for more info.

RETURNED AN ITEM. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received by the warehouse department and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

WILL CUSTOM DUTIES, SALES TAX OR VAT BE REFUNDED ON A RETURN?

International customers will be refunded the cost of your order including any VAT or sales tax that were applicable at the time of your purchase, but excluding the original shopping cost and any import duties incurred to receive your order. You may be able to recover import duties for returned items by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

ARE ALL YOUR LUXURY GOODS AUTHENTIC?

Yes, please shop with ease and be rest assured that all our items on our website are 100% authentic. We can guarantee our luxury goods are brand new and fully authentic and they are being inspected carefully when they arrived in our warehouse. Also, we will check everything once again before we ship out to our customers for customers’ satisfaction. If there is any faulty on our products with valid evidence and support, we would issue full refund back to you without any questions asked.
