Returns & Refunds
We take great pride in our reputation and provide the best customer service to our customers. We have 60 business days Return policy upon receipt of order by the customer for incorrect or defective items. For example, if you received your product on 1/1 then you have until 31/3 to return those order.
Returned items must conform to our returns policy:-
- We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;
- If the item comes with a hang tag this must be left on. If the hang tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded;
- We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit;
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping;
- This Returns policy does not apply to items that have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on Luxuriouscraving.com..
All returns will be reviewed first by our LC’s investigating team and we reserve the rights to perform solutions including:
- Replacing the product with a new item of same design and model or;
- Replacing the product with another item or;
- Refund full amount by your original payment method.
Once our warehouse department has received your returned item, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please allow our accounting department up to 7 business days to process your refund. Returned items will be refunded excluding cost of shipping.
We only accept exchanges if there is incorrect or defective shipment providing the returned item conform to our return policy as stated above.
In order to serve you better, LC also allows exchange of sizes for our clothing category only. In this case, customers have to borne the return shipping fees but the returned items must conform with return policy as well. We will ship out the exchange item to you within 5 business days upon received your returned without any fees!
For EXPRESS service, you can place a new order on the same item with the right size and we will ship it to you after we received your payment. Then, you will receive a full refund for the wrong size item, according to our returns policy after we received it.
* We would not accept return or exchange policy if customers bought wrong style or colours after they received their orders.
RETURN RMA REQUEST
After submitting these information to us, you will receive email notification to inform you that:-
- We have received your request,
- We have received your item(s) at our facility and are processing your request; and
- Your refund has been successfully credited to your account.
